You agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to:
(a) Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or deceptive purpose
(b) Submit false, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, or impersonated information
(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, databases, accounts, or related system
(d) Interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, disable, or impair the Website or any related infrastructure
(e) Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, scripts, bots, or other harmful code
(f) Scrape, harvest, mirror, crawl, mine, index, or systematically extract Website content, metadata, or data
(g) Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content, except as expressly permitted in writing by TaxCap

(k) Use the Website in any manner that could expose TaxCap to liability, security risk, reputational harm, or regulatory breach

(d) You acknowledge that Website intake is preliminary in nature and may not be sufficient for TaxCap to provide advice, prepare a return, or accept an engagement
(e) You acknowledge that TaxCap may refuse, delete, quarantine, or request re-submission of information that appears excessive, insecure, corrupted, unlawful, or outside the intended scope of Website intake
Do not submit full tax documentation or highly sensitive identifiers through general Website forms unless TaxCap specifically requests them through a designated secure channel.

(c) May be rescheduled, declined, or cancelled by TaxCap at its discretion, including due to capacity, conflicts, incomplete information, security concerns, jurisdictional limitations, or service fit
(d) Does not create a client relationship or any obligation for TaxCap to meet any filing deadline or perform any work
(e) May require further screening, identification, documentation, authorization, fee confirmation, and written acceptance before any services begin
TaxCap reserves the right to determine whether a matter falls within its service scope. Any fees, scope, turnaround times, and deliverables are subject to separate confirmation or agreement.

Without limiting Section 2.7, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaxCap will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any use of, or reliance on, the Website, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or aggravated damages and any loss of profits, data, revenue, opportunity, expected savings, tax refund, or goodwill.

(c) Your violation of any law or the rights of any person

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, you attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Policies.
